About Chris

Christopher Brown MSc, BSc (Hons), RN is a registered nurse and senior healthcare leader with experience spanning frontline clinical practice, service leadership, patient experience, NHS procurement, clinical engagement and implementation.

His career has included senior nursing leadership, patient experience and complaints management, national NHS Supply Chain roles, and work across wound care, clinical product assurance, procurement strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Chris brings a combination of clinical credibility, commercial understanding and operational experience. He is particularly interested in the space where clinical need, customer insight, procurement and implementation meet — helping organisations turn engagement and evidence into clearer decisions, stronger propositions and practical delivery.

Through Harbour Resolution, he works with healthcare and MedTech organisations on clinical and customer engagement, procurement insight, proposition development, implementation and adoption.

Chris is based in Northern Ireland and works across the UK and Ireland.
